Any price shown as “From”, starting price, typical range or similar wording is indicative only. It is not a fixed quote for every project.

Final pricing depends on the agreed scope, complexity, modules, design requirements, integrations, content, migration, testing, deployment and other project-specific requirements. A project only proceeds on the commercial terms confirmed in the relevant quotation, proposal or agreement.

Project agreements

These website Terms of Use do not replace project-specific documents. Where you engage Pixel Code X for work, the accepted quotation, proposal, statement of work or other written agreement will govern matters such as scope, payment, revisions, timeline, handover, hosting, support, source code and ownership.

If a project agreement conflicts with these general website terms on a project-specific matter, the project agreement takes priority for that matter.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Pixel Code X website design, brand elements, text, graphics and site-specific presentation are owned by or used with permission by Pixel Code X and may not be copied or republished as your own without permission.

Project screenshots and third-party names, logos or interface elements remain subject to their respective rights. Client project ownership and source-code handover are handled separately according to the relevant project agreement.

Third-party services & links

The website may link to or rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs or services. Pixel Code X does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for changes, outages, policies or content operated by those third parties.
